It is through this that the society will be in a position to make positive steps towards achieving an integrated approach of solving problems. The tournaments will offer a perfect platform where this integration can be achieved.

The government of Abu Dhabi, the multinational companies operating within this city, the universities, and members of the society should adapt this tournament as an annual event that is not only meant to entertain but also to educate and integrate the society into a single unit with a shared focus. The tournament offers these corporate bodies the best opportunity of giving back to the society in a stylish manner.

These stakeholders should have their roles clearly defined and closely coordinated to ensure that the event organization is done harmoniously. These stakeholders must play active roles in the tournaments. In each year, the theme for the tournament may reflect the pressing issues that are affecting the members of the society.

When developing the annual themes, all the stakeholders will need to be involved. For instance, the past two tournaments have largely focused on the issue of health. The fact is that there are other concerns that the society face that may be addressed through such forums. For instance, insecurity may be one of the themes to be focused on in the coming tournament. Billboards are very effective when the targeted populations are within a small geographic location. The city of Abu Dhabi is one of the fastest developing cities in this region as was previously noted. This means that the management will be able to use a few billboards at strategic locations within the town.

With the right design that is appealing to the targeted audience, people who see the billboards will not assume them. The strategy is very effective when planning to generate an impact within a short duration. The billboards can be erected a week before the tournament. They will be a constant reminder to the members of the public about the coming games.

The committee responsible for the promotional campaigns will be drawn from the sponsors and the institutions of higher learning participating in the tournament. The sponsors have the experience in this area because they are involved in the promotional campaigns for their products almost on a daily basis. The institutions of higher learning have the information about the specific events which will take place during the tournament.

When developing the promotional campaigns using various strategies discussed above, it will be important to ensure that consistency is maintained throughout. This means that the message that the audience comes across in the social media should be the same information in the mass media, the printouts, and billboards. Any contradiction may confuse the audience. This would mean that the activities will have to be coordinated from a central point.
