Other than applying for positions available, potential employees can post their curriculum vitae, thus in the event the company is in need of a certain kind of employee, they can get them from the curriculum vitae on their website.

The website will assist customers to air their views on the company, make inquiries, and seek clarification on certain issues affecting the company. This will be a platform for the improvement of customer service delivery and offer a platform for service improvement.

The head of information and communication department in conjunction with other departmental heads will be determining changes in design, and always ensure what has been posted on the websites was worth posting.

With the website, the company can continue improving its technology as it acts on customer feedback and making improvements as recommended by its research and communication department.

The creation of the website leads to improved sales in the company; there were increased customer numbers who were using the website to make their purchases from the company. Sales have further increased with improved customer service and product differentiation.

A website is a marketing tool that the company will be using to get their products to the market; this additional method of marketing makes the company enjoy an increased market base where it can display and sell its products. With the widened market, the company will become more marketable and increase its market numbers/share of the market.

How has social media affected the design and effectiveness of your company’s website?

With the growth in social media, companies are adopting the method as their sales and marketing methodology. Using the tool, the company has opened a social media account through which it will be interacting with its customers online. Using the accounts, customers will be allowed to give their suggestions on certain issues and the company will be responding to them in the fastest period possible. Social media are marketing tools that when well used can give a company a competitive advantage over its competitors.
